A narrow beach of pebbles and sand, in the shape of a shell and with few conditions for bathing, as it endures strong waves and wind. This is Peñadoria, which also enjoys a privileged natural environment, surrounded by cliffs.
Difficult to access and with few services, its main attraction is its proximity to the Vidio lighthouse, from whose vantage point you can see the sandy area, and to the town of Oviñana, which has a wide range of high quality hotels and restaurants. It is accessed through the town of Riego Abajo.

- The access and presence of animals on the beach is prohibited from 01/06 to 30/09.
- Pets are allowed on the seafront and urban promenades, in the areas near the beach accesses, provided that they are kept on a fixed leash of no more than one metre in length and, when necessary due to the characteristics of the animal, they must be muzzled.
