A secluded spot at the foot of vertical cliffs
It is an isolated and therefore quiet spot, in the middle of a landscape of great beauty, dotted with vertical cliffs that are not suitable for people who suffer from vertigo.
Las Llanas is a beach of sand, gravel and pebbles, subject to strong waves and with a western part only accessible at low tide. It can be reached by car up to the car park at the top, but the descent to the beach can only be made on foot.
Classified as a Special Protection Area for Birds (SPA) and Site of Community Importance (SCI).
Rescue service
Weekends: 17/06 to 15/09 from 11:00 to 17:00 h.
If you travel with your pet you should know that...
- The access and presence of animals on the beach is prohibited from 01/05 to 30/09.
- Pets are allowed on the seafront and urban promenades, in the areas near the beach accesses, provided that they are kept on a fixed leash of no more than one metre in length and, when necessary due to the characteristics of the animal, they must be muzzled.
