The beach of San Román or Figueras in the shadow of mighty cliffs.
A small cove of coarse sand and calm waters, with road access, located in the town of Figueras, between the shipyards and the Bridge of Los Santos.
It can only be reached at low tide. Surrounded by mighty cliffs, it is a quiet cove, with low occupation and located in a very beautiful and interesting environment, as it is part of the Ría del Eo Partial Nature Reserve and in turn of the Biosphere Reserve of Río Eo, Oscos and Tierras de Burón.
If you travel with your pet you should know that...
- The access and presence of pets on the beach is prohibited from 31/05 to 13/09.
- Pets are allowed on the seafront and urban promenades, in the areas near the beach accesses, provided that they are kept on a fixed leash of no more than 1 metre in length and, when necessary due to the characteristics of the animal, they must be muzzled.
