Ecomuseum of Bread

The Bread Ecomuseum shows the complete cycle of bread making, from sowing the cereal to baking, harvesting, milling and kneading.

The Ecomuseum consists of three rooms in which panels and pieces related to the work carried out in each of them are displayed:

• From the land to the threshing floor: sowing and harvesting.
• From the threshing floor to the hórreo (granary): mallegas and grain storage
• From the hórreo to the table: milling, processing and consumption.

A granary is also shown with the corresponding chests in which the grain was stored, a tilling machine, an orchard where the cereal was sown and a mill.
