The Bread Ecomuseum shows the complete cycle of breadmaking, from the planting of cereal through to baking, including harvesting, milling and kneading.
The ecomuseum has three rooms with panels and exhibits related to the tasks carried out in each one:
- From the earth to the threshing floor:planting and mowing
- From the threshing floor to the hórreo (raised granary-cum-storehouse): threshing and storing the grain
- From the granary to the table: milling, baking and consumption
Also on display is an hórreo with the corresponding chests for storing grain, a threshing machine, a plot where the cereals are grown and a mill.
