After almost 30 years of existence, the company has evolved by adapting to the new technologies that have arisen in the agri-food industry, with the aim of producing the range of products it markets with the greatest guarantees of safety for its customers, complying scrupulously with all the regulations in force in the field of the traditional production of products for human consumption derived from milk.

For the production of the different varieties of Afuega'l Pitu cheese that we produce, we only and exclusively use cow's milk from different livestock farms, each and every one of them located in the councils that belong to the Protected Designation of Origin.
