The meanders that the river Nora forms as it passes through the village of San Pedru Nora until it joins the Nalón at the Priañes reservoir, constitute a hydrogeological formation of notable singularity and rarity. This Natural Monument marks the limits between the councils of Oviedo and Las Regueras.
