Baluverxa

Baluverxa, the first surf school in Cabo Peñas, has more than three decades of experience on the beaches where it teaches. We offer surf courses in Bañugues, Luanco, Verdicio and Xago, adapted to all levels and ages, from children from 10 years old to adults, families and groups. Our instructors, qualified in surfing, guarantee fast, easy, safe and fun learning. With facilities located next to the beach, we are open all year round, offering daily lessons from Monday to Sunday.

We value the loyalty of our former students and offer special discounts for groups, schools, colleges, universities and sports associations. Run by local surfers from Cabo Peñas, lovers of the sea and surfing, our school is authorised by the Active Tourism companies programme of the Principality of Asturias, with exclusive licences to give courses on the beaches of Verdicio and Bañugues.

Our aim is to teach surfing and transmit everything about this exciting sport so that our students can enjoy the sea independently. The courses include certified instructors, complete equipment, changing rooms, transport to the beach from the Mancomunidad del Cabo Peñas, medical insurance, civil liability insurance and photos and videos of the classes.
