Stand up Paddle (Sup), commonly known as "Paddle Surf" is the fastest growing water activity in the world.

The Asturian Surf School, pioneer in its practice since 2009, has been developing classes, courses and unique experiences in the considered "Stand up Paddle Destination" European par excellence; Llanes and the eastern coast of Asturias enjoys a unique environment to enjoy in a very small space of all its modalities on beaches, coves, estuaries, rivers and wild high mountain lakes.

From the initiation in the calm waters of its coves, beaches and small estuaries or the descent of rivers, to the experience of paddling in the high mountains or a unique activity such as Speleopaddle among caves and grottos, without forgetting the paddle surfing among the waves of the Cantabrian Sea.
