Gonzalo Pañeda and Antonio Pérez form one of the most solid couples on the Asturian gastronomic scene. Surrounded by an enthusiastic and professional team, both the kitchen and the dining room run like clockwork. Nothing is left to improvisation. Everything is studied and rehearsed a thousand times.

After eleven years running a famous restaurant on the outskirts of Gijón, in 2011 they moved their passion for cooking to the centre of Gijón, to one of the most elegant places with the best views in the city.

The menu combines consolidated dishes, representative of Gonzalo Pañeda's cuisine, with new proposals in keeping with the season in which we find ourselves.

Antonio Pérez, sommelier and head waiter, is in charge of selecting the best references to maintain a wine cellar that matches the restaurant's cuisine.
