Restaurante V. Crespo opened its doors for the first time in 1994. It is located in the centre of Gijón/Xixón, decorated in a seafaring atmosphere and serving cuisine with a personal style.
A cosy, comfortable establishment, with attention to detail and a menu that is always adapted to the best of each season and is constantly being renewed.
A wide range of suggestive seafood stews. It organises frequent gastronomic events throughout the year, especially the "cocido maragato" (mid-January) and "bacalao" (during Lent).
