Discover the warmth and charm of our rooms, decorated in the rustic Asturian style. With beautiful views, wood and cosy textiles, each space offers a welcoming and comfortable experience. Immerse yourself in the authenticity of Asturian tradition, in the heart of Villaviciosa, Asturias.
We’ve arrived. Beneath a hundred-year-old mimosa tree, a small boat welcomes us, offering a glimpse of the dual landscape and vibrant colours surrounding the hotel. On one side, the green of the meadows; on the other, the blue of the estuary’s waters. A sort of magical ritual in which the mountains embrace the sea. The hotel is set within a six-thousand-square-metre estate.
It is a large house that blends harmoniously into this residential area known as San Martín del Mar. And outside… all the space in the world to breathe and feel free, surrounded by fruit trees, the vegetable garden and our own farmyard, which is a delight for our guests.
Our hotel has eleven rooms in the rustic Asturian style: eight double rooms and three triple rooms. One of them is adapted for disabled guests.

If you travel with your pet you should know that...
- Dogs of breeds considered potentially dangerous are allowed.
- Pets are not allowed in the dining room or the lounge.
- A blanket or small rug is not available as a bed for the dog.
- There is no food and water bowl for the dog that can be requested.
- No pet day care service.
- Additional charge: €8 (high season) / €5 (low season)
When making your booking, please let us know that you are travelling with your pet so that we can accommodate you in the most suitable room. Bookings involving pets will only be accepted following confirmation from the hotel.
Pets must be kept on a lead at all times.
Owners are responsible for their pets at all times.
Dogs are not permitted to relieve themselves within the hotel grounds, as the garden is enjoyed by all guests, including children playing on the lawn. When walking in the areas surrounding the hotel, you can resolve this issue by always picking up after your pet.
Pets’ access to communal areas will depend on the presence of other guests; please ensure you do not cause any disturbance at any time. Pets are not permitted in the dining room or the lounge.
If you need a towel to clean your pets, please ask us for one. Please do not use the towels from the bathrooms...
It is strictly forbidden to leave your dog alone in the room for long periods of time whilst you are not at the hotel. You may, however, leave them whilst you go down for breakfast, for example...
