After a year of works, and a complete renovation and architectural adaptation project that has respected all the listed elements of the building, the Môderne Urban & Unique, a new 4-star hotel in Gijón/Xixón, allows the 1931 work of the Busto family to shine again with the splendour of yesteryear.
