Buenavista

The flats are located in a building about 90 years old, located 1 km from the town centre of Tineo, fully renovated and completed in March 2019. The facilities are modern and fully equipped.

They have spacious and very bright rooms thanks to its south orientation and with magnificent views of Tineo and the Cantabrian Mountains. There is also a private car park on the premises, for the exclusive use of guests, and a large garden area.

The flats are fully rented with independent entrance, and each one can accommodate up to 4 people. They have about 80^m2 distributed in a living-dining room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm beds), and a separate bathroom in each room.

They also have everything you need to make your stay comfortable: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, toaster, blender, kitchenware, tablecloths, bed linen, towels, iron, ironing board, biomass heating, 42" TV in the living room and bedrooms, free WIFI, separate room with laundry, washing machine and clothesline. A maximum of 4 people are allowed and as an option 1 extra bed and a cot on request subject to availability.
