In July 1971, Nano brought the first surfboards to Ribadesella and, together with his friends, founded Ribadesella’s first surf club.
In 1990, he opened the first surf shop in eastern Asturias and then, in 1993, after completing the first intake of instructor training, he began giving his first lessons.
Ever since then, the Waikiki Surf School has been striving to share its passion for surfing with everyone.
Daily 2-hour lessons are offered and take place on Santamarina beach in Ribadesella. All equipment is included. Special offers are available for groups. Private lesson: 1 hour 45 minutes
