Pamirandi Cider Cider Mill

The visit to the village of Asiegu, located at an altitude of 400 metres between Arenas de Cabrales and Picu Urriellu/Naranjo de Bulnes, takes you through a typical environment of the Picos de Europa, with views over the valley, pastures, forests and traditional sheepfolds.

The itinerary focuses on the local farming and gastronomic culture, with explanations on the production of Cabrales cheese and a visit to the Los Sotámbanos maturing cave, as well as a closer look at the cider production process at the Pamirandi Cider Mill.

The experience concludes with a tasting menu at the Casa Niembro cider house, which includes traditional Asturian dishes and products.
