The Eutimio restaurant has been an authentic reference point in the fishing village of Llastres for more than three decades.

Fish is the mainstay of the cuisine at Restaurante Eutimio. Eutimio himself selects them daily from the fish market to offer, among others, sea bream on the back and cream of crayfish; as well as the calderetas (stews) made to order.
It also offers the traditional starters of Asturian cuisine such as fabada or pote and a wide variety of homemade desserts.
Menus can be adapted to suit the customer's taste with prior notice.
