Fifteen Knots

The restaurant has a menu in which fish and seafood from the Cantabrian Sea, sometimes alone, sometimes framed in original rice dishes, take centre stage. They work with local producers and artisans to ensure that the best raw materials are used in their dishes.

Marisma, Sénia, Bomba... now, customers can personalise their rice even more; because in addition to choosing all the ingredients, they can enjoy one variety or another, depending on their choice.

And they will do so in the only restaurant located outside Levante that has made it into the top ten of the best rice restaurants in Spain in "The 100 best in gastronomy".
Dry, brothy or sweet; with scallops, lobster, cheeks, mushrooms... Bruno prepares each of these rice dishes with excellent local products and a lot of care: some are finished on the stove, others in the oven, and all of them bear the stamp of a cuisine made with enthusiasm and effort. The "Lombán philosophy" speaks to us of original and innovative recipes, but peppered with memories and roots.
