1.- The Cultural Passport (hereinafter the Passport) is governed by the terms and conditions included in these Terms which are hereinafter established. The use of this passport presupposes full acceptance of the terms and conditions by the passport holder, notwithstanding possible future modifications.
2.- The Passport Holder undertakes to use the passport appropriately at all times, fully complying with these Terms. The Passport is personal and non-transferable and allows the holder access to and enjoyment of special benefits such as discounts and special offers at the facilities managed by the Principality of Asturias Public Society of Tourist and Cultural Management and Promotion S.A.U. (hereinafter the "Society").
3.- Presentation of the Passport and some form of ID shall always be required when acquiring tickets at a ticket office in order to take advantage of the discounts or benefits. The Passport must be signed by the holder in the space reserved for their signature. Benefits shall not be used in conjunction with other offers, unless this is expressly stated in the terms and conditions that govern each one. Anyone who is over 18 years of age may request a Passport.
4.- The Passport Holder must keep the tickets or receipts in the event of any conflict regarding the rights that were conferred as a result of using the Passport. The maximum number of discounted tickets that the Passport holder can acquire is established by the Society for each activity/event included in the promotional action of the Cultural Passport.
5.- The Passport is valid for the duration of the holder's stay in the Principality of Asturias. The Society reserves the right to modify the benefits and rights of the Passport at any time, with visible notification and communication at the facilities that it manages, in the reception of the participating establishments and on the website www.turismoasturias.es/pasaporte-cultural.
6.- The Society may cancel the Passport in the event of incorrect use by the holder or a third party. Likewise, the Society reserves the right to cancel this promotional activity at any time, informing those concerned, in accordance with the provisions of section 5.
7.- In the event that the Passport is lost or stolen, the holder undertakes to report this loss by telephone on (+34) 902 300 202, by email at citpa.oviedo@turismoycultura.asturias.es or at the ticket offices, to prevent fraudulent use, and in order to receive a new passport, at no cost, and to once more enjoy the same privileges.
8.- The holder may request the cancellation of the Passport in writing addressed to the Tourist Information Centre of the Principality of Asturias (CITPA), at the address stated in section 9 of these Terms.
9.- The holder may obtain additional information at any of the facilities managed by the Society, by phone (+34) 902 300 202 or by email citpa.oviedo@turismoycultura.asturias.es. In addition, they may update their details, report incidents or make any claims at the Tourist Information Centre of the Principality of Asturias (CITPA) in Plaza de la Constitución, 4 in Oviedo or at the Reception of the Laboral City of Culture, Calle Luis Moya Blanco, 261 in Gijón.
10.- The parties expressly agree that, in the event of conflict, they shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Gijón.
11.- In accordance with the provisions set out in the Data Protection Act 15/1999, it is hereby stated that the data you provide us by filling out this form will be added to the corresponding file of the Principality of Asturias Public Society of Tourist and Cultural Management and Promotion, S.A.U. , authorising the latter to automatically process the data for internal use, as well as for offering and sending information, programmes and promotions in the promotion of projects supported by said company. Moreover, you are hereby informed of the option to exercise your rights of access, deletion, rectification and opposition, in via a letter sent to the address of the person in charge of Files: Sociedad Pública de Gestión y Promoción Turística Cultural del Principado de Asturias, S.A.U. Ciudad de La Cultura, C/Luis Moya Blanco, 261, 33203 Gijón.
