A secluded spot at the foot of vertical cliffs
It is an isolated and therefore quiet spot, in the middle of a landscape of great beauty, dotted with vertical cliffs that are not suitable for people who suffer from vertigo.
Las Llanas is a beach of sand, gravel and pebbles, subject to strong waves and with a western part only accessible at low tide. It is reached by car up to the cliff of Las Llanas and then continues on foot down a steep flight of steps to the centre of the sandy area.
Classified as a Special Protection Area for Birds (SPA) and Site of Community Importance (SCI).

Ordinance for pets on the beach:
- The access and presence of animals on the beach is prohibited from 01/05 to 30/09.
- Pets will be allowed on the promenades and urban promenades, in the areas near the accesses to the beaches, provided that they are kept on a fixed leash of no more than one metre in length and, when necessary due to the characteristics of the animal, they must be muzzled.
