Gochu-Asturcelta glazed ribs Time Time: 24 hours Ingredients various spices (garlic, black pepper, parsley) Salt Monosodium glutamate Piquillo peppers Onion Low-salt soybeans Tomato Sugar Olive oil Preparation Marinate the ribs with plenty of garlic, black pepper and parsley. Add a pinch of MSG and leave them in this seasoning for a couple of hours. Spread the ribs on a baking sheet with good quality olive oil and cook at a low temperature for 12 hours (45°C). Prepare a glaze with piquillo peppers and onion previously fried with tomato. Add soy and a pinch of sugar. Dip the confit ribs in this glaze to accentuate their flavour. Always maintain the same temperature during cooking. Medium difficulty.
