Info
The chapel, dating from the 14th century, is what remains of the pilgrims' hospital linked to the Camino de Santiago, which in the Middle Ages was ordered to be built by Juan Pérez de Cue, and is one of the oldest buildings in the town of Llanes.
The small chapel, located in the square of the same name, is also a place of reference and inspiration for the fiestas and the bando de San Roque, one of the identifying symbols of Llanes, whose big day is celebrated on 16th August. Together with La Magdalena and La Guía, it is one of the Llanes bando.
